1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how SpeechOptimizer uses cookies and similar browser storage on speak-confidently.online. Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and security tokens used to keep a session working or remember a preference.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
We use strictly necessary storage to operate authentication, maintain a signed-in session, protect account routes, remember essential security state and support core application behavior. Supabase authentication is the primary source of our application session tokens. Disabling these technologies can prevent sign-in or other core features from working.
3. Security and anti-abuse
Cloudflare Turnstile and our own admission controls may use browser or request-level signals to distinguish legitimate human activity from automated abuse. These controls are used for security and service integrity rather than advertising.
4. Preferences
The site may store functional preferences such as appearance, language or interface state so that the application behaves consistently across visits. Preference storage is not used to build an advertising profile.
5. Third-party sign-in and checkout
If you choose Google sign-in or open an external billing checkout, Google, Waffo / Pancake or their payment infrastructure may set their own cookies on their domains. Those technologies are controlled by the relevant provider and are governed by that provider’s policies. We do not use third-party sign-in or checkout cookies to create advertising profiles on SpeechOptimizer.
6. Analytics and advertising
As of the date above, the production deployment does not enable Vercel Web Analytics or Speed Insights and does not intentionally place advertising or cross-site behavioral-tracking cookies. If we later add optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.
7. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies can sign you out or stop protected features from working. Browser controls for third-party cookies also apply when you visit external identity or checkout providers.
